For over a year, Rahman's parents have searched for a bride for their oldest son, but to no avail. I took this photo of Rahman in my wife's office using the soft light streaming in from a large window. Standing directly behind him was his co-worker holding a black velvet sheet as background. I printed several large photos to send to his parents who in turn presented them to several candidate families. Many eager responses came back to meet the handsome young man living in Dubai - the land of Arabian dreams. Rahman traveled back to Kerala to meet the families of the brides to make his final choice. A few weeks later he finally realized his long anticipated wedding celebration.

Rahman is currently working on getting his UAE drivers license so that he can move up from his current position to become a driver and ultimately a driver-salesman.
